C'mon, you like to play games right? No? Well, in case you change your mind I gave you a 6670, it can run games on mid-low settings at slightly lower resolutions well. You get a nice black/blue LED case and that 2TB HDD you wished for, all for cheaper than you expected. 12GB ram is unnecessary and triple channel ram isn't a big thing anymore. 8GB is plenty.

This build is literally straight off of r00ts guide, if you don't want this PC, I'm recommending [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] You'd probably get a better gaming experience out of it rather than a $250 PC.

I included a case and HDD in this because it's not a given that yours are compatible. For instance, your case might be from a prebuilt that uses a funky design and the drive might be IDE. If you take the case and HDD out, you might be able to fit a 7750 within budget! Otherwise, the 6670 will play CoD4 at max settings, 1080p, and at playable FPS.

Two weeks is a lot of time on Newegg. Too long, really. I skipped it because in the topic I say this:

ok so i am wanting to play Dayz mod for arma 2 and my computer dosent handle it at all here are my specs:

RAM 4GB DDR2
Hard Drive: 640.0 GB
amd athlon 2 215: 2764.8 MHz
Built in nividia geforce 9200 intergrated graphics card
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
220watt power supply

now i know they arent the best but runs wow just fine and counter strike :\ only arma 2 wont run and because my pc tower is a mini tower and is slim i cant put a full profiled bracket in :S

so my question is what do i need to get to run this game? i think i need a new tower,new graphics card and new power supply pref 500w but can anyone recomend me the cheapest option? without buying new computer

At this point you need a new computer for what you want to do. It's old to upgrade effectively, unfortunately. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to shell out $1,000, though because you can get a great budget system for Arma 2.
