My current specs:

Processor-AMD FX-8120 8-Core 3.1GHz
Motherboard-Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
RAM-Patriot Viper Xtreme Division 4 1600MHz (2x4GB)
Video Card-ATi Radeon HD 5450 (Crap)
PSU-Corsair CX600 600w
HDD-old crappy 7200rpm WD 120GB (Hard Drive prices are so high i haven't gotten a new one)
Case-Cooler Master Elite 430
Monitor-Acer G205HV 20"

My Planned Upgrades:

Video Card-Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 X2

the very first thing on the list is what told me this build will be crap. AMD has some nice low-end cpu's but in the high-end game intel cores are much better, more expensive but much better.

Intel:
- They don't catch on fire like amd does
- Faster
- Better technology put into each core
- Better specs
AMD:
- Better integrated graphics
- Cheap, easily upgradable.

check out some benchmark tests, amd is in the middle and intel is a the top and bottom (intel xeon and crap at the bottom)

i want the fps to be maxed out im one of the people that can see the difference between 30 and 50 fps. I'm gonna overclock so i need the water cooling and i just bought a new processor and good mobo so im good not getting the intel

You'll never get maxed out graphics you'll always be able to get better than before.You also said that you're not going to be gaming a lot so then there isn't a need for this also good luck running them two cards and over clocked on that psu.
