The HAF-X is one of the best cases out there, but you already selected the 400r and that's already a beautiful case with amazing cable management features. I'd highly suggest against any form factor under standard ATX due to spacing issues ( mainly with dual video cards ) - you'll also be lacking overclocking features due to lower power phases and not as rich of an I/O panel. A 400r can fit standard ATX perfectly and therefore there is no reason to get it at that form factor. I'd suggest a MSI Z77 G43 - cheap price, amazing features, descent I/O, EUFI BIOS, 8x 8x for SLI'ing the 560 ti, and people are getting great OC's on the board.

Do not get a Refurbushed monitor. The only reason people would return a monitor is because of dead pixels / etc.

I got my Asus VE258Q for $100 open box. One dead pixel, but that's the nature of the panel and it's still 100% worth it. Would have picked up three. Although some of the bezel had this sticky adhesive rubbish on it.
