I realllly doubt it, but I guess it could be seen as a bit of an exploit? No idea.. If IW/Treyarch don't want people spawn trapping, they should consider making a good spawn system for once..

Nope. Spawn-trapping is considered legal and is not against the rules.
Getting spawn-trapped is difficult and you have to be an idiot to be trapped. Which, if you're good, you can trap.
