I HAVE USED THIS METHOD BELOW. YOU CAN HOWEVER, DOWNLOAD THE FILES HERE:

Isos of games are illegal and we do not allow that to be publicly posted
This is the FULL ISO/Extracted Files!
Once you have downloaded all of the files, extract them all into the 1 iso file. It should be about 7gb. You then want to take that iso, open it up in wx360, and hit extract all files. Extract them into a folder. When it's done, put the massive folder onto a flash drive. Plug it into your xbox, and then open XeXmenu. Find the Flash drive, copy the folder, and paste it into your HDD. Run default.xex and you're good to go!
BELOW IS THE ALTERNATIVE METHOD WHICH DOWNLOADS STRAIGHT TO YOUR 360!
First of all, this token was made made using a DevKit. It is able to trick Xbox LIVE into thinking that you redeemed the code allowing you to download reach, allowing you to download over LIVE. However, M$ does change the ID's tagged to Reach often so you may require a new Token. I will update the Token whenever I feel like it since I have Reach and am a bit lazyy. Here is what you do:
1. Download: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Place the 2 folders inside your retail HDD in the 0000000000 Content Folder.
3. Must BE UNBANNED, Go to your game library and click the Very top Pnet Token, Like so.

4. When you click it, It should show some options. Click on Downloads.
5. Go to Recent and at the top should show Reach the Full game.
It should look like this after you download (I have it on my external HHD but 1mb should say 7 Gigs)

I'm not gonna make vids or anything though cause that would be mean to bungie if i just revealed maps and shit.
But yes, it does work. I will also make a tut of the other method of getting the xcp files off of M$ servers.
