About a month ago I did I virus scan using Malwarebytes and it detected 20 viruses.
I removed them and restarted my computer but when I did another scan shortly after it still said
I had the same 20 viruses.
I have just been ignoring them until now when my computer started running extremely slow
and I hear random sounds every time I log on such as "You are now the winner" and things like that.
It has been really bothering me so could someone give me any advice to get rid of these things. Thanks

I'd just do a system restore.

always works for me
also restore only restores to a prior point in time if you had the infections occur prior to the image you will still have issues, either a clean install or the above tool kit are your best options at this point.
