Its not really fair to compare them at this point, Xbox just came out and hasn't even been updated once. Wait until Xbox actually has the same updates as PC.

Personally I think Minecraft for the Xbox is better because it is overall easier to control .
BUT , the PC version includes more features and costs 10$ dollars more .
I would say Minecraft for the Xbox .
