I may sound stupid but what does that mean? He got to much xp and it reset it or what?

He has doubled the java limit which is the same as the max GP limit of something like 2.147 Billion. Becuase of this, his total xp has rolled back to 0.

Jagex will eventually fix this or simply wait until SUOMI maxes and automatically set his xp to 5B or to some simple text like "Too Much!" or "Lots!".

hes already got 200m in most* skills

its impossible for him to reach 4b+ xp again

He has 200m in like 10 skills or something, not all of them -.-
