I would stay with the cooler one, your motheroard can be warped by the exposure to heat. Also you may want to get a better fan.

Celsius? JESUS! How is it still working? If it's Fahrenheit you should be at about 65 to 95 degrees leniently on normal use. In game I'm not 100% sure. Make sure you have proper air flow within your system. Tuck away all those cables to the best you can and clean out all the dust.

130 degrees Fahrenheit isn't very bad for in game my cpu runs 33 C/91 F idle so thats like 54 Celsius that your getting so that is a decent cooler no reason to go and swap.

what are good fans that wont brake the bank but will increase airflow? i bought like 4 dollar fans

Scythe AP-15 1850, Noctua NF-F12. Those are two high-end fans, and since you're not buying a lot, go big.

Micro Center doesn't appear to carry either. They're both stocked on FrozenCPU, though.
