Hello.
I need help bad.
The girl I love, respect, and care deeply for, is cutting.

What do I say/do? My only idea now, is confront her parents.

Am I not good enough for her? So much so she see's need to escape?

I suggest going to her parents.
She'll hate you now for it, but in the long run she'll remember you for it.
Edit: Tell her parent with a letter or something.
Make sure they don't know who it is.

Say I love you more, ask her how she is and if she needs anything a lot more. Coming from your avatar, you guys are the sorta like emo ones? Just be really happy when your around her. Dont bring negativity to the party.
Just start off with hey, let her reply, and just say how have you been? and then just go by what she says, she says alright, obviously somethings not right (atleast nothings alright when i talk to girls and they say that.) they like to hide their emotions.

If you really care about her then I would go to her parents and tell them. Also you should maybe talk to her about her feelings.

My Ex did this.
You need to tell her she needs to go and tell her doctor about the problems, they can refer her to a specialist and they will help her stop cutting.
It helped when my Ex went, you can also try talking to her and trying to persuade her to stop.
