For my core i5 2500k and 560 ti superclock 1gb how much watts should my power supply have? its watercooled kingston memorey and watercooled and has 4 extra case fans

You'd be set with a good quality 500w PSU. If you got a multimeter, and ran Furmark, you'd see the load wattage not going near the advertised PSU wattage. As long as it's around %50, it's going to efficient and hit the sweet spot. SLI'ing on the other hand would need a good quality 650w(+) PSU.
