Depends... Are you going to be doing this as a one time thing or for a business? For a one or two time thing, go grab a heat gun from somewhere like walmart. Its cheap, and gets the job done, but a lot of times not for good and can do more bad for the console. If you are going to start a business get a rework station online. They are about $100 on ebay for an average one. They are professional, accurate, and made for that stuff. If you want to make it last, use flux, and hold the board down somehow. You need all the tools to open it up, and also make sure you have some new arctic silver thermal paste.

That Takes A lot of Work, Expensive Equipment, Time, and Experience
Look Around The Forums And There Should Be Repair Services

okay, it will cost you around $50 for all of the equipment & stuff. Or you could have somebody fix it for you half the price. I offer reflows $25 shipped and i use a rework station
