They are both great games but I have to say in my opinion GTA beats Saints row in most ways. The campaign is long, fun and has a dynamic plot that can change due to your actions. People get put off GTA because of GTA 4 and how slow and realistic it was, but if you play a game like GTA Sanandreas which was fast, had alot of adult humour and pretty much had everything Saints Row had it proves GTA will probably always be the more popular franchise.
