Can I buy packs on UT using MSP when on a silver XBL account?

I think you have to have a Gold account to get onto UT do you not? Im not sure..

thats only to play online, and u mite have the problem with Uefa EURO 2012 which affects UT

Yes, I believe you can.

The only thing you cannot do is play online. You can do Tournaments etc, but cannot play online. Having Silver does not stop you buying packs.

Yes you can buy packs and play offline matches with silver accounts and also trade. You can do basically everything except play online matches
