11.English only in Global Chat [Not followed]
12.No impersonating admins
13.No Hacking

Only a fool still uses groupmanager. You should have switched to permissionsEx by now....

honestly permissionsex and groupmanager are both evenly supported the only difference is the commands are easier in permissionsex. I am a server manager so i know what im talking about.
