Title says it all really.
All i need to add is that i am currently a level 9 in Doubles, I'm not a bad player, it's just that i have been playing with an IRL friend who is terrible and can't pull his own weight. My current account is only new, i've been as high as 43 in Doubles, I've had 50s in Team Slayer aswell.
So be assured, i can pull my own weight
I'd ask that you're atleast a 40 highest skill (in any playlist of course, obviously not doubles) , and decent when it comes to the Teamwork side of things.
Just to add, i will only play Doubles with someone who has a Mic ;)
