Ok I've spent a while at it today and what I have figured out is that I need to change both the device id and profile id from the downloaded file to that of mine but neither Modio or Horizon can do it,the file almost appears to be read only.Anybody have any ideas on what I'm even talking about ?

No mate you only have to change your profile ID and Device ID when your dealing with gamesaves .If your using Horizon you know on the right when your usb is plugged in it should say flash drive then under that Games gamer profiles ETC click on the where it says game and and right click click inject and find the game/dlc you downloaded

You should license transfer to one of them and then get that one to transfer with the other one. hope I helped.
