my cpu is core unlocked so is a quad core and is overclocked to 3.6ghz with turbo boost at 3.8ghz
my graphics card is overclocked to 960mhz at stock voltage and my computer has a 3dmark11 score of P4383 which is very good for the price i paid to make the computer
in total this cost me just shy of 500 so please rate from 1-10 can upload 3dmark11 results later as im on my laptop at a friends just now but only if requests are made

p.s even when gaming i never use more than 80% of my ram so 8gb will be overkill for me

well just now i play the witcher 2 maxed on a 720p moniter and and i get around 39-62 fps
and this game is quite hard to play the same with crysis maxed with dx11 and hd textures i get 34-45 fps which is good for my card

my point is i wont have any noticeable increase in fps or anything if it doesn't even use the 4 gb it has

You are mistaking normal RAM as being more important than GPU RAM in how many FPS you will get. They are called Graphics Cards because they load the graphics giving you smoother image flow. 2GB GPU and 4GB RAM is perfect for most games just now.
Learn before criticizing others machines.
