THe title says it all, i'm not sure why my computer can't handle it because its perfectly fine every other time.
Specs:
6GB Ram
64bit
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 Processor 3.10 GHZ
No matter what I install or do the game drops to 10 FPS even when it would usually be going on 60 FPS.
Please someone help.

What video card do you have? Because if it is an old one it may be the problem.
This is strange due to the fact fraps hardly uses any CPU at all.
