Are the shout box rules still in affect? are these even the real rules?

I would assume they are still in affect unless stated in an other place.

I'd say they are all followed for the most part except for WRITING IN ALL CAPS.

Them mods got it cleared pretty good.

I guess so, it would have been edited if anything was changed

i have only discovered the shoutbox recently, and not noticed the rules.

I would think that they are still in effect.

You should follow the community rules in every area of the website.

If they are listed here: Forums/rules.html

They should be followed in the forums, shoutbox, profiles, PM's , and everywhere else.
