Vino's How-To jump start your YouTube channel!
It's no secret that getting started on YouTube is a challenge. It is however quite rewarding once you have a successful channel. Here are a few tips/tricks to jump start your channel on YouTube!
The two key components of a successful YouTube channel are amount of collective video views, and number of subscribers. Getting views for your video will take time to eventually achieve that number we all wish to have, however gaining subscriptions is not an easy task because the reason why people subscribe vary from person to person, making it extremely difficult to impress everyone enough to subscribe. For me, I subscribe if the video taught me something I didn't know or made me laugh (depending on the type of video I'm watching)

Go to a website called [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and Log in with your YouTube account here:

Then make sure you "Grant Access" here; Don't worry, this will not steal any of your information.

Once granted access, you'll be brought to this page where you will have 1 free pass to ride the train here (I have 2, but yours will say 1):

As you can see in the purple box, in just 2 train rides I gained 10 subscribers.
And WA-LA, quick and easy way to gain a few subscriptions!
HOW IT WORKS: When you "ride the train" the next 5 people to "ride the train automatically subscribe to your YouTube channel, and the same goes for you, you automatically subscribe to 5 people (if your really picky about who you are subscribed to, you can always unsubscribe later)

Like I said earlier, getting views is easier than subscriptions, but if you're in dire need of video views ASAP, here's how:
If you have Google Chrome, download this Plug-In: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Download and youll see this at the top of your screen:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Open it (make sure you're signed into a YouTube account that is NOT the one you uploaded the videos with) and set it up however you want here:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Simply press start and let the views roll in!
If you have FireFox download this Plug-In: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I do not have FireFox installed on my PC, but the concept is exactly the same
If you have Internet Explorer download this Plug-In: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
And again, concept is just the same as Chrome or FireFox
HOW IT WORKS: Any YouTube video can only gain 304 views per IP Adress, so if you want to exceed that you'll need to change your IP A LOT! Anyway, the auto-refresher basically just does what it says, refreshes the page quickly so you don't have to!

Nah, the sub train thing is legit. I just used it.. it may sub you to 5 people but you get 5 subs as well.

How do you mean everything is fake?
Only the views are semi-fake, someone did in fact watch the video 304 times, just the same person :p And like Scrumpshus said, the people who subscribe to you are real.

But if you use tht view boost can't they see you are using the same ip?
