Ok guys I am a novice at photoshop this took me around 45mins-1hour I have an image of around 10 mins in when I finished the background and a final image, I hope you like it.

For a novice its pretty good but next to the text on the right the flare kills it and get rid of the bevel & emboss only use it if you know how to just look at some tutorials any way on photoshop they will be pretty helpful and get some GFX packs you can be find a lot on youtube they will be helpful so you can experiment on different things.
