Its actually really simple

Step one: Go to Create New Account

Step Two: First name Enter anything you want, Last name Anything you want

Step Three: Just fill out the rest of the info and verify the account with your phone

Step Four: Go to comment on a vid it will ask you to link/add an account, click on that and it make you and account with the First and Last names used

its not actual account its your google account that acts like your youtube account
