Xbox Live took my Gold away because my mom thought i got hacked and she called Xbox and they said we will take off the gold. I just bought one year too.
Will i get my money back
Is there anyway i can get my gold back because i paid 60$ for one mount even though i paid for 1 year.

You could call them back and make your mom talk with them and say that your mom made a mistake?? might work you never know...

but anywho back to topic, I'm sure if you call you will be refunded due to your account being hacked, (happened to my cousin)but if it was just a misunderstanding by your mom...best of luck to you o.O
Edit: It was the credit card usage by the hacker that was refunded..
