Ive been starting to go to the gym to loose some weight there.

What would be better ? Runnnig on the treadmill or running around a track ?


and How long should i run for ?

also should i lft weight and stuff? i dont really want to stunt my growth

I would like the track. Fresh air. And not trapped at home watching american idol at home on the treadmill.

Do cardio. Sit ups, push ups, and stuff like that. I would prefer running on the track, but it doesn`t really matter. Lifting weight will get you stronger. Your trying to lose weight. So... And run at a pace that`s good for you. Try a mile and then bump it up to 1.5 miles then 2.0 miles. or start at .5 then 1 then so on.!

would run around a neighborhood because running around a track gets boring.

Do both? Run the track for 15 minutes and then run on the treadmill for 15 minutes. This all equals a good 39 Min. workout!

want my opion go to a pool and swim its better then running and makes you in shape faster you use every muscle in your body! think about it thats why i swim! haha
