I did everything i added into my launch.ini like this.

[QuickLaunchButtons]
Start = Hdd:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00080000\C0DE99990F586558
Back = Hdd:\Games\Mw2\default_mp.xex
plugin1 = Hdd:\rawfilemanager.xex

then i put that and the actual xex on the root and the other folder in my bo directory then i restarted my xbox i launched the bo default.xex it wont let my retail connect to the game and when i try in solo there are no mods.
