I am proud to say that I begin a life changing journey tomorrow by starting p90x. It is something I have been contemplating for a few months and I finally decided that I was going to go ahead and start it. Tomorrow is day 1.

Reasons for doing it:
1: I want to be in better shape
2: I want to look good in college
3: I NEED to be in better shape

I am not obese or extremly overweight, but I am overweight and need to cut body fat down and gain more muscle. P90x seems to be the perfect thing to do it with.

I am currently 6 foot 5, and 280 pounds. I don't have a set goal but I am hoping to lose weight and gain muscle.

ANYWHO, I know half of you don't care, but I just thought I would share it, I will be sharing my whole story in 90 days on the Milestones and Achievements forum.

Wish me luck! :2thumbsup:

UPDATE 5/2/12: So far, I LOVE IT. I am already feeling better all around, I feel more flexible and I feel like I have more energy. I am not sure about how much weight I lost but I am weighing in 2marro morning! So far so good!
