alright heres the deal
i got this laptop i am using now back in 2007 i knew nothing of pc's or laptops
and still i dont know much about gaming laptops or pc's. i was wondering if at this point i should be looking at a full upgrade brandnew pc or lap top.
or just upgrade the parts.. i want to run BF3 and skyrim.
this is the nooby im running now

Compaq
3.00gb ram
64bit OS
nooby IPRDual Cpu
T3200 @ 2.00Ghz 2.00ghz
any advice/ support is appreciated thanks guys.

A Compaq laptop won't get you far in the gaming world.
You wont be able to run BF3 or Skyrim with that, especially because your GPU is most likely an integrated compaq nothingness.

The cheapest way to go to run BF3, Skyrim, and other high-end games will be to build a desktop.

Buy a decent gaming desktop, better than a standard regular laptop
