Say some hacked you and like basically 'rat' you and like got everything you typed, and they like got your credit details and started using them, like could you get the arrested, and sue them?

Yes. because its fraud and using someones personal details/credit card without consent.

Well according to Google and a few other sites that I looked into, depending on what they steal they can be charged up to 10,000 dollars.
