Yes they should have interviews with ppl and ask them why they should be part of TTg staff like a job and ppl would love to become TTG staff and they dont get paid bc i would like to become staff to help on TTg community and to verfy lobbies idc its midnight and i have nutthint to do so i can help out around this time!

What would also be cool is all verifiers would get a neet badge that says verifier or something
