Buy it from the Dashboard. It's called the EA Online Pass. I wouldn't bother getting it now though, wait until before FIFA 13 comes out...

Isn't it for a year off every EA product?
So if i got it now i would have it for a bit of fifa 13 aswell?

It's annually so yeah... But it isn't worth getting now, you should get it when FIFA 13 is about to come out then you'll get early release for that and FIFA 14.
