I have a jtagable xbox pre-nxe and it will boot up till the xbox logo then shut off. But the xbox does work when i apply pressure to the cpu and gpu.

ps when it turns off i get 2 red lights but it will boot into xell just fine so i reflashed it to orig nand and it will only work still if i apply pressure to the cpu and gpu.

0011 is overheating of the cpu, apply new, high quality thermal paste. also if that doesnt work the tempurature sensor may have gone out in which case you will have to remove it by cutting a trace.
but from your description it sounds like it just needs some new thermal paste
