I was playing on CoD:WaW and this guy had a modded gamertag of my old banned account which is " x PREDATOR v2 x ".

Does anyone else get impersonated and you have been in the same game as them ?

Yeah I have 2 guys that modded their gamer tag to mine. So when we are playing together there are 3 of me and nobody can tell which one they are talking to. lol!
