Well when i start Skyrim or Darksiders i get an error saying:

C:\Windows\system32\X2DAudio1_7.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. try installing the prgram again using the original media or contact your admin or the software vendor for support.

If anyone can help it would be so appreciated, i will plus rep 100!

You have a problem with Microsofts DirectX. Reinstall it. The problem should be fixed.

Try reinstalling the game if it doesn't cause any trouble.
Or perhaps try search around the properties or coding see if anything is wrong there.

Noob move , but try running as administrator.
