Browsing the xbox marketplace I came across discounted map packs for WAW and MW2!!
So far so good..
So having missed out on the WAW packs I was about to buy the bundle but paused and thought I'd check out a few servers to see if the game had been cleaned up from hackers and other miscreants.
3 out of the 5 servers were modded lobbies with text scrolling around my screen and I was getting cained throughout so in answer to my question, No its still a shitfest and they have made littl or no effort to get the servers running well yet still expect to peddle their map packs.
MW3 is the first COD ive never prestiged or bought content for. Staying that way.

I agree...I don't think it should be legal for them to sell those map packs when it is impossible to play anymore. I would definitely want my money back if I bought it.
