Just Wanted to post a tutorial on how to do it.

Things You Will Need :
1.An Empty Server or your own server.
NOTICE: It is better to have your own server so you can kick people when they join
2.A Friend Or Boosting Buddy

NOTE:You Can only do this with 4 players max, 2 people per team, per bomb.

Setup :
The Admin of the server is going to want to put it on Rush,
Set Tickets to Max,
*Put The Start up amount of players to 2
and Put it on your Favorite Map.

In Game :
1. Once in game you are going to want to have 2 players per team.
2. 1 person from each team to go to each bomb
3. The Attacker will then plant the bomb, the defuser with then defuse.

Extra : To leave your xbox unattended or just to lazy to hold the button, and still boost, taping the 'B' or 'O' is recommended.
You Can Do this with only you and another person.
