Bioware is having an internal server error so the new characters and weapons cannot be unlocked yet. The characters are visible, but are not available in packs yet.

The new Maps are now live, but were currently dealing with an internal server thats gone down. As soon as we can resolve that, the new Resurgence content will become available in the Reinforcement Packs.

The new weapons and races are on the way. I'll post an update as soon as Ihave one. Thanks for your patience.

Servers are now live so you can expect to find new character classes and weapons in packs.
