It has a silver Membership, but has 10th Prestige, All Titles and Emblems.

The reason I'm giving it away? I don't use it anymore, I have a main account that I use, I used this for extra. I was going to give it away for money to a friend then I thought what's the use? Although I don't want to waste my money on buying gold for an account that I don't use anymore so have fun with it.
