ok when i press the eject button it loads xell fine but when i power on my jtag normaly it starts to load then my jtag turns off and i get 2 red lights on the left side can anyone help?

Here's what u can do:

If its xell not and xellous update it
Then put your original NAND on a flash drive and rejtag it or flash your freeboot.

my xell is xell reloaded v0.991 and i already reflashed my nand via xell

Make sure you have a Back-up of your Nand when flashing.

Try Booting up without he HDD in Place.

put your Working Nand on the root of the USB, and boot Xell it should come up as Updating.

before you do this, make sure you have unplugged all wires then try it.

i flashed with orig nand it works now. do i have to rejtag my xbox now?
