just post what your max's are and anything extra you want add maybe even give some advice!
Example

Bench: 285lbs
squat: 365lbs
deadlift: 405lbs
power cleans: 235lbs
and well lets see i lift 3 times a week now do my conditioning in my rugby practice twice a week other then that id say a healthy diet and lots of nasty protein shakes help ;)

for anyone that's more serious what sups do you take pre/post workout vitamins etc...and if you are interest in starting to take things more seriously id be happy to recommend stuff for you.

my pre-workout is:
USPlabs Modern BCAA i take i 15-30mins before i workout and it does a great job of relieving some of the strain and soreness from the workout

my post-workout is:

GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 - Chocolate

and it has:
a Highly Effective Whey-Leucine Base - The impressive 60 grams of protein is made entirely from the highest quality, fast-absorbing forms of whey protein - isolates and hydrolysates. With 7.7 grams of leucine, this creates an ideal environment for muscle protein synthesis. This potent blend upregulates multiple Genetic Signaling Pathways (GSP) to enhance anabolism and muscle performance.* In fact, the whey and leucine blend in Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 has been shown to increase muscle strength and stamina with half the sets.*

Micronized Amino Acids - Using MicroSorb Amino Technology, the amino acids added to this formula are pulverized, or "micronized" from large molecules into smaller particles to facilitate faster absorption. Why is that important? Better absorption of amino acids means better muscle fuel. These key amino acids support muscle building and recovery.*

Amino Acceleration System - This digestive enzyme blend is designed to accelerate the availability and absorption of amino acids to be efficiently used by the muscles.

More Key Aminos - In addition to a whopping 7.7 grams of leucine - this formula is loaded with an array of aminos necessary for your muscles. This complex blend of amino acids delivers 3.6 grams of arginine, which is involved in creatine synthesis, and over 10 grams of glutamine providing anabolic effects. The amino acid L-carnitine is included to help transform fatty acids into energy for muscles and the body's energy production system.*

and for everyone who had no clue what that was saying you get more out of your workout and wont get as sore.

daily vitamins:

i am currently not taking any just becuase of the cost but would recommend the The Pro Performance AMP Ripped Vitapak

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

it consist of:
Mega Men Sport This high-potency clinically studied^ sports multivitamin formula includes critical components to fill important nutrient gaps in regular supplementation programs. Mega Men Sport contains B-vitamins that are important for energy production and carbohydrate metabolism.* It provides amino acids, including BCAA, and a joint cushioning blend for healthy joint cartilage.* Also features a broad spectrum of cell-protecting antioxidants and nutrients that aid in boosting immunity.*
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) Features 4 grams of CLA clinically shown to support the lean, toned muscles for a healthy body composition that elite athletes push to achieve.* CLA is a naturally occurring fatty acid that is present in fatty foods many athletes cut from their training diet programs.
Thermo Igniter 12X- Push your performance to higher levels, increase energy and speed up metabolism.* This clinically proven, proprietary thermogenic blend has been shown to help you burn 12 times more calories* and increase your metabolism before , during and after exercise. In addition, just one capsule supports improved endurance and performance to help your body work longer and harder than ever before.
Waterex -AS athletes strive to bring out muscle striations, vascularity and extreme definition, excess water retention beneath the skin can be a barrier. Waterex is an all-natural, scientifically formulated, water balance formula designed to help regulate excess body fluids while supplying vital electrolytes to keep your muscles primed for performance.*

hey first of 240 is not fat at all when your six five(im six foot and weight around 190-200) and being only 16 years old any fat that you have you can easily turn to muscle mass. and if your not looking to gain muscle mass maybe just loss a few pound you don't need a all day everyday thing just work hard when you can and try to focus on your nutrition. and im sorry that you were depressed and in and out of the hospital i went through that for a few monthes.
