what is the difference between the outbox and the sentbox? I have been needing to contact someone via PM, and my messages are appearing in the outbox, not the sendbox. Thanks!

Sentbox is all the messages you have sent and outbox is all the messages you have sent that have not been read.

The outbox holds the messages that the receiver hasn't received yet.


when it's in the sent box it means they read it.
