I have to say yes.
Reason behind that is point guards aren't mean to score they are supposed to set everyone around them up.
Rondo has had 16 games in a row with 10+ assists, hasn't happened since 1992.
Rajon has had 5 triple doubles this season, rest of NBA has had 11. not one person has had more then one.
If you don't agree then tell me who you think is the best.

I'd say Rondo is the best point guard that plays his designated position correctly.
Derrick Rose should be a forward as he scores like 20 points a game. Like you said, point guards are supposed to set people up. Not get in the paint every other point.
Rondo is the best passer in the game in my opinion. The other big three players on the Celtics get points. Allen is throwing up threes, Garnett wants the deep two, and Pierce wants the ball in his hands last. Without Rondo setting them up and giving good passes, the Celtics wouldn't be where they're at right now leading their division.
Overall, I think Rondo is one of the best point guards and if not, then the best.

Yeah.. Id have to say Rondo. If you have a Point gaurd that is averaging 10+ assist then hes doing a good job for the team. I like Derrick rose Alot but hes more of a scorer and i think PGs are ment to makes plays and get assists.

Absolutely not Rondo is awful. Deron Williams is better. He can score, pass, etc. and Rondo has an occasional good game.

I think the upcoming Point Gaurd is Either Chris Paul or Deron Williams
