My Jtag Is Being Weird I Turn It On And It Just Sits At A Blank Screen THers No RROD The Middle LED Just Stays Green I Tryed Turning It On With A Controller And IT Did The Same Thing I Switched AV Cables And That Didnt Work Either If You Can Help Plz Reply

Ring up microsoft and say its just a retail and they might tell you how to force shut everything done so you can reboot from a fresh start?

Press the eject button and let it boot up for a couple of minutes

I had this same issue. Check your jtag wires. One of mine had popped loose and I had to re-solder it back to the board. Make sure none of the wires are loose and sometimes it helps to tape them down to keep them from moving.

try to connect anolther controller whit it that may help
