Im currently downloading a 3.31 GB File and its "Down Speed" is jumping from 2.3 mb/s to 2.7 mb/s and utorrent says its going to take 20 minutes to download my file,Is there any way i can reduce this time?????

there is no way to increase speed except turning off all other programs on your computer that your using, and that wont help much either.

right click go to bandwith allocation and go to upload and keep clicking the lowest speed untill its at 1 kb/s but after turn it to unlimited, dont be a leech now ;)

Do what this guy said ^^
1. Right click on file your downloading
2. Go to bandiwth allocation
3. Click on unlimited/high.
