i have heard you can have lightsabers in skyrim

It is a mod that only works for the PC version unless you have a JTAG which can run unsigned codes(the mod).

Have to have skyrim for the PC.



They are not supported for the xbox.

It is not a patch. JTAG's can run unsigned codes, and since xbox's mainly are composed of PC parts you are able to run pc mods with a bit of tweaking and what not.
