Gotham City impostors Problem

Hey guys I got Gotham City Impostors yesterday and It is amazingly fun. The fps problem is absolutely killing me though. I have tried all the fixes (Running w/out steam, CFF Explorer)
but none of it worked. My computer is good enough, when I set everything thing to highest setting I get 30fps then I set everything to the lowest setting I get 30fps. If anyone can please help I would be sooo grateful. Thank you

Assuming you have it on Steam, don't start the game by steam instead just start the game directly from the game directory.
Steam/steamapps/common/gotham city imposters/imposters.exe
If that doesn't work try and reduce your graphics?
If still no, I've been hearing that they are releasing a patch sometime in the future to fix this problem.

Yes I have it on steam. I've run it directly from the game folder, and it still doesn't help. I've messed around with the setting a lot and no matter what the graphics are I still get 30fps

What are your specs? Maybe do you know if the game is capping your FPS? Because I know MW3 does that but there is a way to get past it.

This FPS problem occurs with lots of people playing the game, when they even have one of the best the gaming PC's.
