So I have an idea for a new way to do gameplay commentaries because that's what machinima wants. I saw this affect on a video but I don't know what it's called or how to create it.

I would like to know what the effect for the arrows that would point down to where the Like button is called. Any help would be appreciated and maybe rewarded in the future. ;)
