Ok I Did And The Level Still Goes Insane

if you hexed the correct gun replacing the ffff with 4700 or 0047 (I can't remember which way the xbox goes) did the level requirement go down? If it remained the same you either didn't hex the correct gun or didn't save the changed file back out to the usb. If the level did go down, but is still too high then the order say 47 00 should have been 00 47. It's crazy I know, but that's how it works.
