I'm on 4.11, I want to know if I can host lobbies? I see everyone hosting and wanted to know if I can? A simple yes or no is a good answer, and if yes will you please point me in the right direction on how to do it?

NO you have to jailbreak and you can't jailbreak on 4.11 and don't go to youtube looking it up all those are is a bunch of bull shi7 but if you get a second ps3 and don't update jailbreak it and then data transfer the patch to the 4.11 ps3 there you go.
