I was in a room just now and there was somebody who kept getting strafe runs attack helicopters and ah-6 overwatch. I am not sure if there is a glitch or not. but the guy kept putting up helicopters..

Yes, because people used to host demolition games where they would get like 100 Strafe-Runs. Just avoid them and report them for cheating.
